His extensive network includes aircraft OEMs, legal and financial professionals, and aircraft management and staffing partners. These long-standing relationships strengthen his ability to anticipate challenges and deliver creative solutions for each client.
Before establishing Mikolay Jet Group, Mike held senior leadership roles at a global aviation consulting and brokerage firm. Earlier, he built his foundation in sales with Piedmont HawthorneAviation, Cessna Citation and Raytheon Aircraft (Beechcraft).
A lifelong aviator, Mike holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating as well as flight instructor certifications. Additionally, he has a seaplane rating and a Raytheon Premier I type rating.
In 2019, Mike earned his aircraft broker certification from the International Aircraft DealersAssociation (IADA). He is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and PilotsAssociation (AOPA) and National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).
